She has always been interested in using technology to enhance teaching and enjoyed developing and teaching online courses over the years.

Mosuk loves hiking, and wishes to be able to visit all major national parks in the United States. She also enjoys reading Chinese classics, historical fiction and modern literature. Recently, she has developed a keen interest in the appreciation of Chinese cultural relics. She felt fortunate to have learnt Chinese as the first language and hopes to continue to learn Chinese culture with friends in the Hua Culture and Life Association.

In her free time, she likes to try her hands on organic gardening. Although there have always been problems: droughts this year, insects the next one, then weeds the third year. Even so, she did manage to harvest kales, bright red tomatoes and sometime zucchinis. She feels most happy and content enjoying the yummy dishes from home grown vegetable.
